At Delicious Kart, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience, from order placement to delivery. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below are the terms and conditions for order cancellations.

🕒 Cancellation Window:

 
Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it. After this 1-hour window, orders enter the preparation stage and cannot be canceled, as most of our products are time-sensitive and/or perishable.

🔁 How to Cancel Your Order:

 
You can easily cancel your order through your DK account:
 
1. Log in to your DK account.
 
2. Go to the "Place Orders" section under your account dashboard.
 
3. Click the "Cancel Order" button next to the order you wish to cancel (available only within 1 hour of placement).

💳 Refunds:

 
If your cancellation is successful (within the 1-hour window), your payment will be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Please Note:

 
a. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 1-hour window has passed.
 
b. Cancellation option will be disabled automatically after this period.
 
c. We do not accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been dispatched or delivered.
 
d. We thank you for choosing DK and appreciate your understanding of our policies.
